Tax specialist - Regulatory reporting (SRDII) - 6 months temporary mission

Mission

As part of the Tax Services team, the Tax and Regulatory Reporting Officer is a key element to ensure the quality and accuracy of the withholding/reporting done by the Bank, as a regulatory obligation, in an environment which is subject to constant change

Challenges

Be autonomous and proactively participate in the implementation of a new regulation

Main responsabilities

Tax and Regulatory Reporting:

  • Daily monitoring and reporting of SRD2 – Disclosure to issuers
  • Coordinate SRD2 – Disclosure to issuers with branches.
  • Participate in the SRD2 implementation project (testing, controls…)
  • Write SRD2 – Disclosure to issuers procedure and share knowledge with other team members
  • Depending of work volume, help other team members on their tasks, if needed.

     

Education

  • Education: Bachelor Degree

Experience

  • Years of experience: 0-3 : beginner
  • Experience in private banking: Optional

Language

  • English: Advanced
  • French: Fluent

Personal skills

  • Swiss resident: Mandatory

Basic knowledge of general finance and banking - Be able to work independently but also as a team - Express opinions and criticism in a constructive way - Seek opportunities to improve the existing set-up - Think in "Problem-Action-Results" terms - Go beyond specific assignments, walk the extra mile - Consistently comply with internal & external regulations - Maintain quality standards despite schedule pressures - Microsoft Office / Access proficiency
