Responsible legal reporting and consolidation


Group Shared Services (GSS) The Bank’s entire operations are managed by GSS and are headed up by the Chief Operating Officer. It strives to provide both in-house and external clients with a first-rate service to ensure our business operates efficiently and at the best possible cost. The GSS division comprises Operations, Finance, Information Management, Human Resources and Logistics. Preparation of monthly consolidated accounts for the group and to ensure that all BNS statistics, capital adequacy and liquidity calculations are prepared validated and sent to the regulators in a timely manner, respecting the regulations in force.


Keep up-to-date with all applicable regulations, be able to improve current processes and to implement new requirements.

Main responsabilities

Main duties

- Legal reporting , BNS statistics

- Capital requirementscalculations

- Liquidity calculations LCR, LMT, LERA, etc

- Preparation of Group Consolidated accounts

- Annual report

- Bale III Pillar 3 reporting

Core competencies

- Legal and regulatory environment for Swiss Bank reporting

- Good understanding of accounting standard as applicable to banks (ARB/PCB)

- Good understanding of FINMA publications concerning banks accounting and reporting

- Planning and organisational skills

- Ability to work to tight deadlines

- Adherence to the company’s values: Dedication, Conviction, Agility and Responsibility

- Compliance with regulations and internal directives


  • Education: University Degree
  • IT Tools: Access skills an advantage


  • Years of experience: 7-10 : senior
  • Experience required: - 3 to 10 years of experience in similar position - Excellent academic record with relevant professional qualifications - Experience with FIRE/Data foundation legal reporting solution Extensive knowledge of laws, regulations, and rules governing banking industry in Switzerland
  • Experience in private banking: Mandatory


  • English: Fluent
  • French: Fluent
