Tarification Specialist

Description

The Bank's entire operations are managed by COO Division and are headed up by the Chief Operating Officer. It strives to provide both in-house and external clients with a first-rate service to ensure our business operates efficiently and at the best possible cost. The COO division comprises Operations, Finance, Information Management, Human Resources and Logistics. Mission

Set-up, amend and manage client Fees exceptions. Implement new Tarification models and migrate existing clients.

Challenges

Be familiar with Bank Operational Activity and understands the fee activity Be able to set-up and amend Client Fees Exceptions, based on requests received from RM's.

Main responsibilities

Main duties
  • Set-up, amend and manage client Fees exceptions based on RM's requests
  • Perform appropriate 4 eyes validation of requests performed by other members
  • Perform appropriate follow-ups on outstanding fee setups or requests
  • Create and maintain fee exception templates
  • Manage and follow-up on daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Manage and follow-up on quarterly billing tasks, including but not limited to use cases and manual billing exceptions
  • Manage the accruals calculation, booking and invoicing for externally booked clients or similar
  • Take part in the bank's repricing initiatives and other projects impacting the Tariff team.

  • Ability to review existing control framework to identify procedural loopholes or enhancement opportunities. Be able to raise concerns and propose mitigations or enhancement solutions.
  • Ability to expose constraints and opportunities
  • Ability to change, be flexible and manage time effectively

Other Skills/Abilities
  • At ease with numbers
  • At ease with Microsoft Office applications (such as Microsoft Excel)
  • Curious and pay attention to details
  • Knowledgeable in Finance, specifically on the trading and custody chains. Basic financial products knowledge required.

Education

  • Education: High School/ Maturité / Baccalauréat
  • Technical skills: At ease with Microsoft Office Software especially Excel

Experience

  • Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
  • Experience required: Knowledgeable in Finance, specifically on the trading and custody chains. Basic financial products knowledge required.
  • Experience in private banking: Optional

Language

  • French: Fluent
  • English: Fluent
  • German: (A plus)

Personal skills

  • Swiss resident: Mandatory
