Union Bancaire Gestion Institutionelle (UBI) is a portfolio-management company accredited by the French financial authority, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on 2 September 1998, (number GP 98 041). On 18 September 2003, approval was given for delegating services to external asset managers.
We are a member of the Union Bancaire Privée Group, which is based in Geneva.
UBI today:
- is a hands-on asset management centre and a commercial team dealing with France and Monaco. Eleven professionals create, manage and market French-law UCITS and distribute a Luxembourg-law SICAV (UCITS III): UBAM ;
- offers customised investment solutions for institutional clients as portfolio management specialist;
- is the Group’s centre for convertible asset management and has two managers based in Paris;
- has an external custodian bank;
- Caceis Bank is the custodian and depositary/trustee bank for French-registered products and the centralising agent for the Group’s Luxembourg-registered SICAV, UBAM.
UBI brings together the proactive, personal and hands-on skills of a local company that is part of a robust, family-based, international group for its clients.
Business activities:
Our sole task is asset management for institutional clients . Our skills are twofold: as an asset management centre and as a marketing driver.
