  • Information Bank on African Development Studies Electronic service provided by the Africa Technical Department (AFT) at the World Bank. Its objective is to disseminate information about development studies on Sub-Saharan Africa. IBADS consists of three components: an index of abstracts of studies undertaken by AFT, the abstracts of these studies; and AFT's publication "findings" in both English and French.
